July 21, 2024 WEEK 50 10 Pesos 🪙
So something that made my week was when we were traveling somewhere and got off of the trike we gave the driver too much money because we didnt have change. We were totally fine with it because it was just ten pesos but he was like NO if I see you guys again I WILL pay you back. After about a week we completely forgot about it but while we were walking to church he pulled up in front of us and with the biggest smile walked towards us holding up a ten peso coin :)
I thought it was a good lesson in honesty, usually we get overcharged or trike drivers lie to get more money out of you. How would the world be different if we were all this honest and kind to one another?

ESPIRITUAL NA ISIP
Alma 34: 40-41
40 And now my beloved brethren, I would exhort you to have patience, and that ye bear with all manner of afflictions; that ye do not revile against those who do cast you out because of your exceeding poverty, lest ye become sinners like unto them;
41 But that ye have patience, and bear with those afflictions, with a firm hope that ye shall one day rest from all your afflictions.
