November 12, 2023 WEEK 14 Baptisms and Spiders 🕸

Hey everyone! I had my first baptism this week! We baptised this super sweet 14 year old and his older brother baptised him it was so good.

We also had our FOURTH huntsman spider in the apartment this week so we are getting pretty good at killing these things with crocs and brooms. We found out that one of the windows has a huge hole in it and thats how they are getting in

ESPIRITUAL NA ISIP
I have been studying a lot about faith lately because for Christmas our mission is trying to read all of Matthew Mark, Luke, John and 3 Nephi

Weve been reading all of the miracle stories where people do amazing things through their faith and I made it a goal to have more faith this week

At the end of one of our days we had to wait for a Jeepney in order to go home or else it would be almost and hour walk and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get a jeepney

Just when we were about to start walking I said a prayer telling Heavenly Father that I have the faith that He can send a Jeepney and right as I said Amen a Jeepney came up the hill flashing its lights for us to get on

I was so exhausted that day and couldnt even think about walking so far back to our house. I am so glad the Heavenly Father heard my prayer and blesses us for having faith 🤍
