October 1, 2023 WEEK 8 Dead Lizards 🦎
Hey everyone! I dont think I have ever cried more in one week! I had to say goodbye to my amazing MTC district and my companion who has become one of my best friends and I cried an embarasing amount haha
I traveled 6 hours in a van to get to my mission and I was the only white person the whole way so I couldnt really understand much of the Tagalog that they were speaking the whole way up
The first thing we did once we got the the mission was go to McDonalds and I tried bbq fries, Ameria needs to get those for sure they were sooo good, after that we went to the beach and then to the mission home
Me and a Filipino sister roomed with sisters in the area for the night and they put my mattress right on top of a dead lizard, when I woke up in the morning the dead lizard was in my sheets
Im definetly going to have to get used to a few things

ESPIRITUAL NA ISIP
There was this quotebI liked that I have had to remeber this past week but I cant remember exactly how it goes or who said it "who the Lord calls he qualifies" and I really liked that because I know I wouldn't be able to do this without His help, love you all!
